Return & Exchanges

We're confident that you'll be happy with our products, but we understand that in some cases things don't go as planned. That's why our return policy is simple:

  • If the product you received is damaged or it's not the one you ordered, the first step to request a return is to send us an email to support@goingapeshirt.com. Let us know of the problem and include your order number.
  • You'll receive a confirmation from us by email. Once you do, ship the product back.      
  • If you request the return within 30 days from the date of delivery, we'll issue a refund. After that time frame, you'll get store credit.
  • Note that we do not accept return requests for used products.
  • If after receiving it you realize it doesn't fit, we'll gladly work on an exchange. Follow these same steps in order to request an exchange.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, minus shipping costs, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If your return is requested after 30 days of delivery, you'll get store credit instead. 

After receiving confirmation for your return request, mail it to the return address specified in the packing slip or ship it to:

Please include your order number in the return box so that the refund can be properly applied to your account. You'll be responsible for the shipping costs of the item you're returning.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
